Emerging leaders learn about our community, engage in problem solving and act to make positive change.			community indicators We use data & trends to understand our community and measure progress. Our three main reports are the Quality of Life Progress Report, the Race Relations Progress Report, and the interactive Community Snapshot.
		studies We examine critical issues in the community and find solutions. For over three decades, we have engaged the community in shared learning and problem solving on more than 70 topics.			advocacy & implementation We bring people together to solve problems and make changes happen.
